Dear Mr. Zerpe:

I represent RTC in a case against Mr. H. Keith Henson entitled RTC v. Henson. We just learned you illegally obtained a transcript of the confidential portion of the trial which concluded against Mr. Henson yesterday and have placed it on your web page. The Court cleared the courtroom of all spectators for this testimony and expressly ordered that the transcript of this portion of the trial be kept confidential. Accordingly, Mr. Henson's distribution of this portion of the transcript to you or anyone else was illegal, in violation of the Court's order.

The Court has been apprised of this matter, and the appropriate legal actions will be taken to halt this illegal activity.
