Subject: New attack on my web page

I was taking a look at my web page last night and I noticed that when I tried to access the "Life History" form and the RA files on my page, I got an "Error 403--Forbidden" message. I e-mailed firstname.lastname@example.org to see if they could tell me why I was getting that message, mentioning that I had previously received an e-mail from Ava Paquette about the RA files and that Primenet/Globalcenter had then disabled the RA files until I wrote commentary on the RA files so they would be more in line with Fair Use (that commentary page is at http://www.primenet.com/~xenubat/LRH.html ). (I had also gotten a Kobrinogram last summer about the Life History form; I had e-mailed Helena in response asking her to please provide proof that her client owned that document, and never heard back from her). I got an e-mail back last night from Support saying I should call somebody from Security at Globalcenter/Primenet; I left a message on their voice mail this morning.
Then this afternoon, I noticed a letter mixed in with some of my magazines; this was mailed out while I was on my trip to London, and I didn't see it till today. This letter is from Legal Services, Frontier Communications. Here is the text of the letter (I've xxx'ed out my address):
