Los Angeles, March 13-15, 1998

It was a magic time for these few days in Los Angeles. There were people in attendance from other countries and other parts of the US. We were a large and varied group of people who held a peaceful picket against scientology. The reports that will follow are not in any particular order. The weather was good, the City was kind, the Police were true professional servants of the community. I'm sure I speak for all when I thank the City of Los Angeles and the Police for a pleasant and memorable stay. While this following fact will be covered in different reports, I would still point out that the Police did not monitor us the second day. We were, each and everyone of us, so peaceful and courteous in our picketing that the Police were not needed. Also, the scientologists behaved themselves this time. Ted Mayett
