======== Subject: The cross-continental head-fake: XenuTV goes to Occupied Clearwater (www.xenu-city.net) From: mdallara@kcii.com (Mark Dallara) Date: Sat, 10 Jul 1999 02:45:14 GMT Message-ID: <3787b11e.2457316@news.newsguy.com> In what surely must be one of the ultimate last-minute fake-outs, Minton and Bunker, who have been leaning towards an L.A. picket all week, showed up tonight in Occupied Clearwater to picket the Ft. Homicide Hotel and document it all for XenuTV. There were some other familiar faces, both with the picket and on the other side, working security. There was a new CameraBoy, and two guys who used to be on camera detail were occasionally trying to handle Bob, but in a much more polite and restrained manner than Frank Ofman. (They were, after all, on camera, and from several angles at once.) Ben Shaw was spotted a number of times, with his cell phone attached to his head as usual, but he seemed awfully camera-shy. Paul "P.K." Kellerhals came out at one point to yell at Bob and accuse him of blocking cars from using the drive-up at the front door. His Tone 40 failed to postulate Minton away, so he complained to one of the two police officers that Scientology had hired for the evening. What's that, you say? How did they know to have police officers there when Bob showed up? Excellent question! You see, they found out today that Bob had changed his plans. They took his picture at Logan airport, and by the time XenuTV showed up at the Flag Land Base, the Sci-Fi's had pulled all the shades and shutters at the Ft. Homicide, put up the extra fencing all around the pool and the cabanas, and hired two CPD officers as security. Whenever those inside the Ft. Homicide would peek out of the blinds or doors, at the first sign of a camera they would usually duck back inside like Squirrels in Hiding[tm]. However, they were apparently unable or unwilling to change the plans for the Friday night graduations, so quite a few Clearwater publics saw the protest as they arrived to celebrate their latest sucker expenditures on the Bridge To Nowhere[tm]. Oh, and I almost forgot - when we first showed up, the CPD officers mentioned that no displays involving fire would be allowed. We assured them that no one had any intentions of doing anything involving fire, told them about Bob's trolls on a.r.s regarding effigies, and explained that those posts were the reason that the Sci-Fi's were babbling about fire. It was a peaceful picket, and concluded without incident. The security guys, cameramen, and "handlers" all had very good questions regarding the information on the Internet, and I got the impression that they intend to check out xenu.net, xenu-city.net, and other sites as soon as they can get to a PC with uncensored Internet access. Good luck getting out of the cult, guys! -- Mark Dallara mdallara@kcii.com OCCUPIED CLEARWATER: Sun, Sea, Sand... and the criminal cult of $cientology http://www.xenu-city.net ======== Subject: Minton fakes West, hits hard SE From: "The Exile" Date: Fri, 09 Jul 1999 21:52:20 PDT Message-ID: <19990710045220.60838.qmail@hotmail.com> A large plate of entheta was served up to the deluded cult members of Scamology Friday night when Bob Minton and a few other hardened SPs showed up in front of the Ft. Harrison in downtown Clamtown. The handlers were out, a few puny youths who looked like they could use a good meal. The talk was of the usual sort; "What crimes have you committed?" And "Who is paying you?" The same old Scamology line of crap. I noticed that they were taking pictures of me by the score. God alone knows how many hundreds they must have of me! But I abused them for being too mean and cheap to ever share any with me. I even offered to give them a SASE but that got nowhere. My opinion of the cult sank to new lows after talking to these half-literate fools. The public members and Sea-borg slaves saw us in great numbers. Some used the finger tech, other looked a bit rattled. Public support was, as always, very good and we had a lot of waves and thumbs up. There were none of the high ranking OSA people there that I am used to seeing. They knew we were coming but not far enough in advance to get Rinder off of the runway. If nothing else was done during the few hours we were there it showed the unfortunate dupes of Scientology that there exists a contrary opinion concerning the dubious cult. Perhaps this will be enough to jump start a few sleeping minds. I am sure that others will have more to say on this matter but from my point of view it went very well indeed. -The Exile "AS a result of a number of comm cycles at OSA, I have learned that the church does not want any church public posting to this entheta forum." -Ron Chester, TNX administrator and OSA lackey. _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
