$8,000 OF EQUIPMENT STOLEN
An estimated $ 8,000 worth of audio-visual equipment was stolen during a
burglary at the Church of Scientology at 47 W. Huron St., Buffalo police
reported.
The break-in occurred between midnight and 7 a.m. Friday, when the equipment
disappeared and two gum-ball machines were broken, along with one window.
The burglar or burglars fled through a side window and left a note on the second
floor, according to police reports. The contents of the note were not disclosed.

Maybe not in this scenario. The orgs buy tape decks from either
Golden Era or Bridge, they are required to do this. Back in 1994 they
were paying over a thousand for a tape deck because $100 tape decks
were not good enough. Here is a tid-bit: the movie players for
things like the film Orientation are either specially made or
specially modified. Once you start them, you cannot stop them and
then continue. If you stop it, you have to rewind and start the whole
movie over again. In theory, in accordance with some Policy or other,
each org is supposed to have their own movie equipment and movie room.
So something like the big-org here with a Day and Foundation is
supposed to buy double the equipment. In actuality, at least here,
they pretend that it is only one org, not two, and they share the
equipment and the viewing room.
How can they do this you wonder? How can they pretend that one
building with one address is only ONE org and not really TWO orgs.
How do they pretend something like this... well they are cult victims
after all you know.
