I am outraged at Mr. Moxon. He has not returned or made available my
possessions, legal files. IS THIS HOW THE LEGAL SYSTEM WORKS IN TERMS
OF SCIENTOLOGY? I am very, very, very pissed!

From what I gather from your deposition, the way you describe Moxon, he
seems to enjoy this thing too much. You have to understand a few things
about the cult and how they think.
Lesson#1
In a very general understanding, they believe that in the beginning
of the universe, there was nothing. There were thetans, but thetans are
nothing. Thetans are spirits with no mass, energy, space or time (that
is MEST for short). 'We' decided together that it is better to have
something than nothing and to make fun, and 'we' collectively postulated
the universe. Don't ask me why 'we' decided that we should become clams
first, but that is according to Hubbard lure. Now in deciding that the
universe is a game, in the process, we became corrupted. That is what
the OT levels are supposed to handle, eventually. I don't think going
into the specifics will help you in understanding this whole thing.
Now, you have Moxon who thinks he is an OT and is above the game of life
and he considers himself in a game situation and everything is corrupted
EXCEPT him and Scientology, no matter what evidence you have against
them. This is all a complicated way of putting it, but, nonetheless,
true. Scientology will use any available 'game' situation to win their
game. They will make the rules as they see fit. There is nothing worse
that can happen to Scientology than lose.
I want to give you a little advice here. I saw your earlier posts as
"THE ONE". What that means is YOU believe that you are THE ONE who is
going to topple Scientology. I would like to disabuse you of this
notion. I don't want to be negative about what you have done. I am very
thankful. It is the small things that do damage to Scientology and NOT
necessarily the big things. Remember that. Just be patient and don't let
them get to you. The more you sound pissed on ARS, the more they are
going to come after you.
What Moxon is doing right now is stalling you as much as he possibly
can. Scientology is trying to find out the best route to take and they
need time to do it. They may have 10 or 20 lawyers on the situation
right now. You weren't naive coming into this situation. You knew how
treacherous these guys were.
Good luck and show a little patience. The law has no logic to it. It
just IS.
