VM Van
This first picture shows that the side of this org is still broken and filthy. And it shows some of the VM Van.

And here is a close-up of the license plate. Why is there a picture of the license plate? Well, this is a custom license plate, they ordered this plate special. Here in Nevada we are allowed 7 letters/numbers for a custom plate. This license plate does not allow for growth or expansion. It makes me smile to see this license plate. Because *this* is the VM Van of Nevada, there will be no more of them. They should have done VMOFNV1 or something like this to allow for more vans/plates.

This van brings up interesting questions... how, or who, drives the van? Where are the keys? How many sets of keys are there? If a hard-core staff member needs to run an errand, do they borrow the van? But gasoline is over $2 per gallon right now, and that van seems like it would be an 8 cylinder engine, and so it uses a lot of gas. So who is in charge of this van? Somebody has to keep it in gas, oil, maintenance. What if the person in charge of the van lets one staff member borrow the van for personal business, are all staff members allowed to use the van now? If not, people will get resentful. Ahhh, to be in an org today when there is something like this van that is ~maybe~ org property.
